This photo submission is open only to those who sign up above and who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. The photo submission is only open to legal residents of [United States & Canada] and is void where prohibited by law. Entries will be accepted online starting on [February 01, 2022, 12:00am, EST] and open yearly. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this photo submission.

Employees of Silfab Solar its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers, (collectively the “Employees”), and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of Employees are not eligible to participate in the Campaign. The Campaign is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The three-monthly winner will be published on Silfab Solar’s social channels by 5:00pm EST at the end of every month. The submission is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Silfab Solar reserves the right to cancel or amend the installer photo submission and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Silfab Solar shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these terms and conditions, such change shall be effective immediately upon posting to this webpage.

The Prize:
The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

The Winner:
Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by the Promoter the Silfab Team. The winner will be notified by email. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the promotion within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this photo submission will be final and no correspondence will be entered. By entering this photo submission, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US & Canada data protection legislation.
Entry into the photo submission will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
